As many of our products are custom-made and personalised, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Any refunds, replacements, or store credits are offered at our discretion.
